Description: Panel: Fame. Marble, carved in high relief. Rectangular, very slightly wider at the top than at the bottom. Fame, portrayed as a winged young girl facing to the left, is standing on a small ship with a ram's head prow, and a winged demi-figure projecting from the stern. She has long curling hair drawn towards the back of her head, and is nude except for a drape which flows out behind her and wraps itself round the horn which is blowing. The horn curves out in front of her, then back behind her left wing and over her head, where it terminates in a monster's head with an open mouth.
