Jobs for Heroes

BPMA Archivist Helen Dafter examines how the First World War changed Post Office attitudes towards the employment of disabled people. The talk will focus specifically on the employment of disabled ex-servicemen in the Post Office and will look at the political and social pressures to ensure suitable jobs were available.
