Dicksons - Celebrating 60 years on the High Street

This is a special exhibition to celebrate the success of local business Dicksons, the traditional pork butchers of South Tyneside, as they celebrate their 60th anniversary. The exhibition will bring together a collection of memories from staff and customers old and new as well as sharing some of the secrets behind their most iconic products including the unique saveloy dip.
