People Make Their Own History

From the time of the Peterloo massacre of 1819, Manchester has been at the centre of many historic struggles; for democracy, votes for women, trade unions’ rights, and LGBT equality. This popular ten week course is a learning experience from Workers’ Educational Association in association with the People’s History Museum.
