International Museum Day in National Museum of Contemporary History

This year's International Museum Day is something special!

We will celebrate it with you not only one day, but rather two days!
We have prepared Sunday, May 17th 2015 full of events with free entrance through the whole day.
And on Monday, May 18th 2015, the museum will be exceptionally open with entry free of charge.

On Sunday, May 7th 2015, you are invited to the following activites:
- 11 am: Last guided tour on We never imagined such a war (exhibition to honour the centenary of the Great War).
- 11 am: Children's workshop - the great inventions of the Great War
- 11 am - 5 pm: EuroBarometer - do you see Europe in this? a fun post game, where you can decide, whether you see Europe in the multi-layered objects from the Project EMEE -     EuroVision: Museums Exhibiting Europe
- all day: Mysterious chests for indipendant family exploration of the museum: a chest of fun for the children and their parents - just ask for them at the reception.
- all day: FREE ENTRANCE to the museum


On Monday, May 8th 2015 the museum is exceptionally open with all day FREE ENTRANCE.
