CONFERENCE: This one-day conference will explore photographers’ creative collaborations with artists, designers, models and directors, celebrating fashion photography during a period of dynamic invention and transformation. The careers of Edward Steichen and Horst P. Horst will be examined alongside their contemporaries, including Adolphe de Meyer, George Hoyningen-Huene, Man Ray and Cecil Beaton. In collaboration with the Photographers Gallery London Lydia and Manfred Gorvy Lecture Theatre
