; Date(s): circa -332 - circa -30; Classification(s): sculptor's model, sculptor's model; Acquisition: bequeathed by Gayer-Anderson, Major R.G., 1943 [E.GA.4338.1943] Description: Head and shoulders of royal female or goddess on one side (identified by vulture head-dress). The other side has an image of a young boy. It is possible that the female figure is a deified Ptolemaic queen, Cleopatra III or VII; the boy would be the son with whom each queen ruled. Sculptor's trial piece.
