This coffin fragment from an anthropoid (person shaped) coffin, belonged to a musician in the temple of Amun at Thebes. The musician is shown arriving in the otherworld and meeting Osiris. The dead person is here shown as a man, although, as the inscription states, she was a woman. At this period figures alternate between male and female as they were mass produced as unisex coffins. Third Intermediate Period, 1000-950 BC.

The deceased was a musician in the temple of Amun at Thebes, is shown, at the moment of her arrival in the afterworld, before the enthroned Osiris. The deceased is shown as a man. Side 2 spirit with red face and blue wig. Over which is the sign of a star in a circle. Width 21 cm. The inscription reads: Lady of the House, Nesy...Ra. Chantress of Amun Re, King of the Gods.... Late 21st-early 22nd Dynasty. 21cm wide.
