It might just mean the lady was married. The eyes were supposed to allow the dead to look out from the coffin. Late Dynastic (747-500 BC).

Wooden fragment with painted wadjat-eye, hieroglyphs. 21cm long. End piece of a vaulted lid of a rectangular coffin made for the lady of the house. Late Dynastic, 25th-26th Dynasty. The stylised eyes were originally intended to allow the deceased to look out and were painted on the side of the coffin. These later ones often appear on the ends of vaulted coffins and are perhaps an archaism. W1044 and W1044b are end pieces of the vaulted lid of a rectangular coffin made for the Lady of the House Namenkhetamun
