My Franko

Sooner or later, each Ukrainian learns about Ivan Franko. For some of us he remains the name of the street in our native town, others will remember reading about him in a school textbook while for some he will become an outstanding figure of the past. There are also those for whom this meeting becomes the beginning of a long dialogue – with a living great person, who is both a teacher and a friend, a dialogue that is not always easy but interesting at all times. Such people are the heroes of My Franko cycle of meetings at the Franko House.
