Otto-Lilienthal-Museum

This is a museum about Otto Lilienthal - the first aviator.

His life and accomplishments as a flight pioneer, as well as a pioneer in technical, social, and cultural projects are of great importance.

The exhibitions display the early history of human flight and demonstrate the basic flight principles discovered by Otto Lilienthal, including wing flapping and hang gliding.

Daily 10 am to 5 pm

October, May
Tues thru Fri 10 am to 5 pm; Sat, Sun 1 to 5 pm

November thru April
Wed thru Fri 11 am to 3:30 pm
Sun 1 to 3:30 pm

Closed on December 24th and 31st
