Reid Concert Hall Museum of Instruments

Believed to be the world's earliest museum of musical instruments, the Reid Concert Hall Museum has hundreds of items on display.

The Museum's galleries were built in 1859. Its exhibits include stringed, woodwind, brass and percussion instruments from Britain, Europe and around the world.

An attraction, "The Sound Laboratory", is a hands-on approach to how musical instruments work - with live sounds, physical models, computer displays and visual effects.
