On The Beat: Stories From 1914-1918 Exhibition

This special exhibition showcases work by students and ex-students from Middlesex University’s illustration department, who will use the medium of graphic novels to bring the stories of the home front to life. Research into local police records of the period has uncovered some fascinating, humorous and challenging stories illustrating life at home for the ordinary people and the police, as well as soldiers back from the trenches.
