Amy Petra Woodward: You Look so Good in Stereo

The attention-seeking properties of the fabric parallel the way in which the human gaze is captured by images and objects and in turn, the attentiveness that is demanded by an artwork or something ‘on show’ — which asks the question: what are you looking at? Amy Petra Woodward (b.1986) was awarded the Selina Chenevière Fellowship Prize upon graduating from the Royal Academy Schools in 2013. She previously studied at Camberwell College of Art. Recent exhibitions include a solo presentation at Palazzo Peckham, Venice Biennale. Woodward has just completed a studio and research residency with Unilever and has works in both the Unilever and V22 Collections.
