Armed Forces Day at the D-Day Museum

Free admission to the D-Day Museum to mark Armed Forces Day. Talks by George Batts L d'Hon (General Secretary of the Normandy Veterans Association), Alastair Dutch OBE and Brigadier Clive Elderton CBE on 'Recording the memories of Normandy Veterans' at 12pm, 2pm and 3pm. Large model ship display by the Surface Warship Association. Also a chance to meet Normandy veterans, and see military vehicles and re-enactors. This is also an opportunity to look round the D-Day Museum, 70 years on from the Normandy Landings.
