Play in a Day - First World War

To mark the 100th anniversary of the First World War, storyteller Bill Dawson will lead Play in a Day workshops exploring 'the war to end all wars'. Children will write, rehearse and perform a play based on the life of a First World War soldier - from the initial excitement of being in a part of a big adventure to the reality of life in the trenches. Bring a packed lunch and dress for mess. Families are invited to see a performance of the play at 15.30. £25 per child, per day / Ages 7-12 (adults needn't attend, but parental consent forms are required) / Book now as spaces are limited.
