Cake Design Masterclass with Lindy Smith

Using the museum’s collections as inspiration, you will learn how to make your own cake designs. You will then learn how to transfer your chosen design into sugar by decorating your own unique cake. On this course, you will learn about the design process and the techniques that you will require to complete your project. By the end of the course you will learnt many valuable skills that will enable you to create your own unique cakes. Bring own cake craft toolkit (rolling pin, smoothers and modelling tools).
