Adult Day School with George Sharpley Join George Sharpley of the LATIN QVARTER and spend a day exploring Latin, the classical writers and their lives. Hear the language read aloud and read some ancient and medieval stories in Latin. George will present an introduction to how the language works, and discover Latin words behind so many English ones, all in one fun day. George Sharpley is a Latin teacher and author of 'The Complete Latin Course' (Routledge 2014) and 'Get Started in Latin' (1997, latest ed. 2014).
