One of Britain’s most acclaimed artists and sculptors, Antony Gormley has created a series of prints – etchings and aquatints originally from an Alan Cristea Gallery exhibition – exploring our physical freedom. Gormley challenges the way the human form reacts to its surrounding space, and this exhibition looks at how our identities and imagination are shaped by our built environment. The prints in this exhibition evoke opposing states; enmeshment within a bounded body and the freedom of being released from a confined space.
