The Art of Tea

Tea, coffee and sugar were once expensive commodities that, upon their arrival on ships, were stored within the Maritime building - originally a bonded warehouse. Come to this craft session and create artworks to take away, inspired by the history of the docks and these once valuable commodities. Enjoy a performance from Liverpool Signing Choir and find refreshments in the 4th floor restaurant, the Maritime Dining Room for hungry revellers of all ages, along with our shop, selling lots of maritime-themed gifts and treats. The Liverpool Signing Choir perform a selection of songs reflecting the passage of time at the docks and in the city 18:30 – 19:15.
