Archaeological Finds Identification

To coincide with the 26th Festival of Archaeology Kent and Medway’s Finds Liaison Officer (FLO), Jennifer Jackson returns to hold a surgery in The Beaney. Bring along your finds to be identified and recorded. Jennifer is hoping to record finds made by metal detectorists and people who find archaeological artefacts whilst out walking, gardening or renovating houses. She can also advise on issues relating to finds and the Treasure Act. Your find could be recorded on to the Portable Antiquities Scheme website and add to our shared knowledge of Kent’s past.
