Revered folk musician Alistair Anderson composed A Lindisfarne Gospel in 2013 in celebration of the display of the Lindisfarne Gospels on the Durham World Heritage Site. It was premiered at St Mary’s Holy Island and performed at various locations around Northumberland. Hear its first ever performance at Durham Cathedral, the resting place of St Cuthbert, in whose honour the Anglo-Saxon Lindisfarne Gospels was written.
