Four days each year when you can sample all the delights of the museum without paying a penny!
We’ve been participating in the national Heritage Open Days scheme for many years and love welcoming visitors to discover heritage for themselves.
While you’re visiting, you might like to pop into the Angel Inn in our street of shops for a taste of one of our special collection of real ales and ciders. Or soak up the sunshine outside with our delicious bbq.
All the usual museum attractions and more as we throw open our doors during this national celebration of our wonderful heritage.
