British Photography and Industrial Society

This five week course looks at the history behind the photographs in the museum’s changing exhibition Grafters: Industrial society in image and word. Explore the history behind the photographs that show a rarely seen history of working people; from the navvies who built the Ship Canal to the Wigan pit brow girls, and more. This five week course is a learning experience from Workers’ Educational Association in association with the People’s History Museum.
