BHS Recital: Bow Envy
Tom Foster (harpsichord) presents a programme of transcriptions for harpsichord by JS Bach, featuring four exuberant examples of his lifelong determination to unleash the harpsichordist from continuo servitude. Concerto formats are also explored in arrangements of violin concertos by Vivaldi and Telemann.
