February Half Term at York Castle Museum

Discover the history of the fight for women's right to vote this February half term at York Castle Museum. Votes For Women! Every day, Kirkgate, 10am – 4pm Discover the history of the fight for women’s right to vote at the museum this half term. Put on a sash (or opt for a policeman’s helmet!) and join our Suffragette on Kirkgate, the museum’s Victorian Street, where you will march with placards, demonstrate, and protest for your cause. Be careful you don’t get arrested by the street’s Policeman! Create at the Castle Every day, 10am – 5pm Suffragette themed family art and crafts activities.
