Kids in Museums Takeover Day

We plan to promote the event in Nov 2014 through social media. We will invite a group of teenagers into the Museum to help with a HLF Our Heritage funded project called Caravans and Charabancs - Leisure Motoring after the First World War. They will have an opportunity to help the Curator of the Caravan Club Collection install a display in the Museum and the youths will record the event through film/photographs and interviews to then promote the project and display through the project's social media platforms, such as Storify and Twitter. The Museum will be open to the public as normal and the public is also encouraged to engage in the project through the social media platforms.
