CONFERENCE: Curating Conflicts: Disobedient Objects

CONFERENCE: This international conference will explore the challenges in archiving and curating objects and artefacts of recent and historical political conflict. It will bring together academics, social activists, artists, designers and curators engaged with staging displays, archiving material and raising debate inside and outside of cultural institutions. Speakers will include Josh McPhee and Jen Hoyer from the Interference Archive New York, Liberate Tate, Michael MacMillan, Pogus Caesar, Jonathan Barnbrook, Ruth Morrow and Carrie Reichardt.
