Held at the Birley Centre, near Towner, these illustrated talks by academics and practitioners will evaluate the achievements of mid-century women designers and writers who deserve to be better known including Peggy Angus, Pearl Binder, Barbara Jones, Enid Marx, Dorothy Hartley and many others.

There will also be the chance to ask questions & buy limited tribute chapbooks, created by contemporary writers and illustrators for the project.
