Summer Holidays at the Ragged School Museum!

O, Canada! We’ve got fun, free family activities throughout the summer at the Ragged School Museum - and we've gone a bit Canadian... We’re going to be exploring the lives of the 1000s of children sent to Canada from the streets of East London. From getting ready to go, preparing to travel and the long boat and train journeys, to settling down in the Canadian countryside and getting to grips with farm work, we’ll be finding out what it was like for the street urchins of the East End to move 1000s of miles away to the great expanses of Canada! Each week there’ll be new activities to take part in, from arts and crafts, to puzzles, games and trails. Expect mooses, mounties and maple leaves!
