We Will Not Kill: Conscientious Objectors of World War One

This talk uncovers the 16,000 or more men who, on grounds of conscience, refused to pick up arms and fight during the First World War. Were they cowards and shirkers or were they men of great courage? We will look at who these men were, why they took such an unpopular stand and how they were treated.
