Family Fun Day - Mini Beasts

A fun packed family day full of activities themed around birds of prey, featuring owls and hawks! Access to all the family fun day activities costs only £1 per person, under 3s free. The day will feature Walk with Hawks, who will be with us throughout the day and will be bringing with them a selection of birds of prey for you to see up close. You will be able to learn more about them by attending the short talk at 2pm. Other free activities available on the day will include: Make a Marionette Bird Puppet Family Activity, drop in sessions from 10.30am – 12.30pm and 2.30pm – 4.30pm. Bird Spotting Trail, a trail to explore outside and see if you can spot our resident garden birds Construct your own Bird Glider upon arrival There will also be a selection of handling items and a birds of prey artwork display to look around.
