Inkstand

Semi-elliptical form inkstand. The flat top is formed into three compartments, one or which is fitted with a circular cone shaped sand pot with dish shaped top pierced with holes and another with an inkwell, and they all has a sallow domed cover with a button shaped knop. Behind them at the back, a socket for a candle and a loop handle. Decorated with a meander of flowers and foliage in various coloured enamels and gold and the top of the inkstand in a pale salmon pink Size: Height: 9.4 cm; Width: 17.2 cm. X.3357
