National Museum of Čačak
Narodni muzej Čačak
National Museum in Čačak was founded in the 30th August 1952. with the task to collect, process, preserve and exhibit the museum's collections and research.
The museum is a complex of institutions for the protection of movable cultural heritage in the territory of the Morava district. It has departments for:
- Archaeology
- History
- History of Art
- Ethnology
- Museum Documentation
- Conservation
- Library
Permanent exhibition of the National Museum opened in 1996 in the guest house master John Obrenovic. It consists of three main areas:
- Čačanski end of the Neolithic period to the late Middle Ages
- Ovcar Kablar monasteries and churches Chachac end
- Čačanski end to the uprisings and wars 1804th - 1941
