Museum Dan GERBO

The MUSEUM Dan GERBO Contemporary Art, established by artist Dan Gerbo, is located in Mulhouse, France, directly opposite the Mulhouse-Dornach railway station and approximately 30 km from Basel, a renowned hub for contemporary art.

The museum is divided into two distinct sections:

Permanent Exhibition: Showcases the works of Dan Gerbo, the museum’s founder and a native of Mulhouse.

Rental Spaces: Offers French and international artists and galleries the opportunity to rent space on a monthly basis to exhibit and sell their work.

A notable feature at the museum’s entrance is “The Warrior’s Repose,” a monumental artwork by Dan Gerbo, which is a genuine Jaguar SEPECAT fighter plane installed in the museum’s courtyard.

The museum hosts special events, including Monthly Exhibitions: On the first Friday of each month, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., a new temporary exhibition is presented, highlighting the “Artist of the Month.” These events provide an opportunity to meet the featured artist, and admission includes a complimentary drink.
