A CONSCIOUS MIND IN A HEALTHY BODY 120 years of organised Slovenian sports in Maribor
An exhibition is a walk through 120 years of organised Slovenian sports in Maribor. 120 years ago it was important for young people to be included in sports, not only for health and socialising but especially because it was important to build a conscious mind. This was of much importance in a mostly "german" city of Maribor. Beginnings were hard, but Slovenians managed and Branik is today one of the most important sports club in Slovenia.
