Heritage Open Days: Bursledon Brickworks Industrial Museum

This important piece of our Victorian heritage is a unique survivor. Not only is the machinery still in place and operational but so are the old drying sheds and the kiln. On Heritage Open Days we show how brick making changed from the early days of hand making right through to the early industrialisation.
