Double sided sign, white enamelled silver Maltese cross, balls on the tips, Between the cross arms open crowns of silver. Medallion with a gold vase in the middle, surrounding oval, gold stripe with gold text: “GUSTAF. D. III.INSTIKTARE. MDCCLXXII.” Between the top cross arm’s tips leaf ornaments of silver, therein attached by scharer a royal crown of silver, through the apple drawn a spiral ribbon ring of silver.
