This poseable plastic toy figure represents Professor Cold Heart, who was the Care Bears' enemy. The character could freeze people's feelings and would try to stop the Care Bears from helping people express their emotions. This figure belonged to a series of collectable poseable figures.
The figure's arms, legs and head can be moved and it would have originally been sold with a "Frozen Meanie Mug" accessory which could be held in its left hand.
The Professor Cold Heart character was introduced to the range after the original ten Care Bears in 1981.
