The wall mosaic in the entrance lobby of the commercial building Modna hiša is composed of multi-coloured local stone. A schematic tree is in the foreground of the composition, surrounded by buildings that symbolize a settlement. The composition is a stylised view of Gosposvetska Street in Maribor, where a residential neighbourhood was built in the early 1960s. This connected the functionality of the construction with its green surroundings, thus joining nature with urban space through a very innovative approach. The author used a perspective view of the street, where buildings appear smaller as the distance increases until they finally disappear.
