The 'atef' crown is a White Crown with a plume on either side with a small disc at the top. This was worn in certain religious rituals.

Stone King or Osiris head wearing the atef crown which was the white crown with a plume on either side and a small disc at the top, which was worn in certain religious rituals. This has a back pillar with the remains of an inscription. The piece is 5cm high. This was probably part of the Rustafjaell collection purchased by wellcme in 1906.
