A bearded figure holding a pipe. Carved from a gnarled piece of wood. The figure stands on a base formed from a knotted piece of root wood. The lower part of the figure is a similar stump from which the smoothly-robed, bearded, oriental figure rises, holding a flower in its left hand. Size: Height: 24.5 cm (approx.).
