Even though a museum is a house of muses, music itself is not played here very often. Yet, when it does happen, the sound is unique, especially at a museum like this, which is not just a house of muses but a home of a family. On the one hand, a place like this frees music from the strict academic limitations, and, on the other hand, it does not numb down the listening experience with entertainment rush. Concerts in a place like this resemble home concerts of back in the day – not too noisy and not too static, yet not devoid of an intellectual side, with only one step between music and a friendly conversation about music.
