Centro de Visitantes Dehesa y Toro "Dinastía Bienvenida"

This modern and exquisitely curated museum space celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Bienvenida and the surrounding region. Two elements are the focus. First, the Bienvenida Dynasty of Bullfighters, the longest in Spain's history, with 10 bullfighters across 4 generations. Second, the "dehesa" itself, the surrounding landscape of rolling prairie and Mediterranean forrest that has played an important in the agriculture and the lives of the region's inhabitants across multiple historical periods. The museum offers a view into the intersection of these two formative cultural elements, allowing the visitor to understand the relationship between bullfighting, the arts, and culture in a remote yet significant area of the Extremadura region. Far from the big cities of urban Spain, it is an important place for anyone wishing to go beyond the typical tourist route through Spain.

The museum also hosts periodic exhibitions of various kinds.
