Canalside Visions: Beijing to Beeston and back again

This innovative and unique photographic exhibition has been a partnership between Canalside Heritage Centre, Nottingham Trent University and Communication University of China. Students based in both Nottingham and China have looked at the Nottingham & Beeston Canal and Grand Canal in Beijing. Focussing on perspectives including individuals, canal structures, water reflections and wildlife the cultural landscapes of these historic landscapes is explored through the medium of photography.

This fascinating exhibition is available to view in the Weir View Room from 18th to 31st May 2019. FREE admission.
