Anne Schneider. Ableger / Lessening Fold

In her sculptural work, Anne Schneider (born 1965) employs materials such as concrete, wax, and jute in order to find solutions that counter the strict formal language of modernism with the organic. In her exhibition, she challenges the idea of private space as a retreat by relating object-like sculptures to our bodily presence and generating a psychological experience from our physical perception.
