History of medicine in bottles

The exhibition gives an insight into the development and diversity of pharmaceutical, for which Frankfurt and the Rhein-Main-Gebiet are known for, in the 19th and 20th centuries.
For more than 125 years Frankfurt-Höchst developed to the so called “Pharmacy of the World”, famous researcher like Paul Ehrlich invented there pioneering medication.
The exhibits come from the medical-historical collections, which are established by the Frankfurter diabetologist and internist Christoph Rosak for more than 20 years.
For the first time a small proportion out of the 6.000 exhibits are presented in the 13th room.
