Permanent exhibition

On the 2nd floor of the AAMU a permanent exhibition is on display showing an overview of contemporary Aboriginal art from different Aboriginal art centres and regions across Australia. From the bark paintings of Arnhem Land, the Law Poles of Aurukun, the magnificent paintings of the Central Desert and the Kimberly to photography and paintings by artists from the major cities.
