JB Priestley: Soldier, Painter, Writer

Bradford born, Priestley became a freelance writer after his life changing experiences during the First World War, becoming known for plays such as 'An Inspector Calls' and 'When we are Married'. Members of the JB Priestley Society present a selection of his works from private collections, some of which are for sale. These works are supported by items from the archives of Bradford University's Library, relating to the artists's life and work.
