Vinko Tušek (1936-2011) Space of the Image
Vinko Tušek’s spatial sculptures and installations have an organic quality to them. The artist made his first environmental installation as early as 1969.
Curator: Miloš BašinTušek’s work was exploratory by nature, particularly his environmental installations, which are considered the earliest such works in the then Yugoslavia: White Labyrinth (Gorenjski muzej, 1970), Red-Blue-Round Environment (Moderna galerija, Ljubljana 1970), Color-Line-Space Environment (Tribina mladih, Novi Sad 1971), and others.
